Handlebar Riser ERGO ProFLEX – vibration-damped and ergonomic

The specially designed handlebar riser moderately raises the handlebar by 27 mm. The ergonomic effects are considerable, as they relax the entire back muscles and arms and also relieve the spine, pelvis, and coccyx. This greatly improves touring capability and comfort. And relaxed riding also contributes to increased passive safety, as does the better visibility of traffic resulting from the more upright seating position.

The handlebar clamp of the ERGO ProFLEX handlebar riser absorbs engine vibrations and dampens shocks that come from the road surface or terrain. The damping capacity is designed to dampen even hard shocks in such a way that hand and shoulder joints as well as the cervical spine are protected. The absorption capacity ensures significantly more comfort and reduces high-frequency engine vibrations, which can often lead to numbness in the fingers. Steering precision is not impaired. The damping characteristic curve is progressive, and handlebar damping occurs in both vertical and horizontal directions. Includes an additional set of damping elements for sports use, which are somewhat softer, i.e., less progressive, so that the damping behaviour can be adjusted individually harder or softer – depending on the preferred variant.
